  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice or 4-5 Lemon slices.
  • 8-10 Mint leaves.
  • 8-10 Ginger slices.

Method

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and keep aside to cool down.
  2. Transfer this water in a pitcher or infuser bottle.
  3. Add Lemon juice or slices, chopped Mint leaves and Ginger slices in it.
  4. Close the lid and keep aside for 2-3 hours.

  2. Roughly chop Celery leaves and keep aside.  Cut Tomato into 8 pieces and add both in the pitcher.
  3. Close the lid and keep aside for 2-3 hours to infuse the essence of both.

  3. Wash fresh mint leaves and finely chopped and add in the same water pitcher.

  5. Consume this infused water with the added fruit and herb or without it, choice is yours but consume it within 8-10 hours.
