Reddish Salad
Ingredients
- Reddish
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice.
- Pink salt.
- ½ tsp. Black pepper powder ( optional)
Method
- Wash and peel the skin of reddish.
- Cut the reddish into thin slices and marinate it with salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
- Finely chop leaves of reddish and marinate it with salt and lemon juice.
- Before serving arrange reddish slices and leaves in a plate.
- Serve it with love and smile.
