Ingredients
- 4 cups Kadhi
- 250 gms Lady fingers.
- 1 tbsp. oil
- ½ tsp. Salt.
- ½ tsp. Turmeric powder.
Method
- Wash and wipe all lady fingers and chop into ½ inch size dices.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, cover the lid and saute lady fingers on a slow flame.
- Stir occasionally and cook till it becomes tender.
- Add salt and turmeric powder in it.stir one more time and switch off the flame.
- Simultaneously prepare kadhi also.
- Mix cooked lady fingers and kadhi and give one more boil to Bhinda ni kadhi.
- Serve with Paratha, Bhakhri or rice and khichadi. But serve it with love and smile.
