Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd.
- 1 medium size onion.
- 1 Tomato.
- 2 tbsp. Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- ⅓ tsp Salt.
- 1 green Chilli finely chopped (optional)
Method
- Wash onion, finely chopped it and keep aside.
- Wash Tomato, cut into halves, remove seeds, finely chopped and keep aside.
- Whisk curd into smooth consistency, add salt and mix thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl mix curd, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and chillies togather.
- Onion Tomato raitu is ready to serve. Serve it with Khichadi, Biryani, Pulao or as you wish but serve it with love and smile.
