Ingredients
- 50 gms. fresh Parsley.
- 50 gms. fresh green Garlic
- Olive oil.
- Ice tray.
Method
- Pluck roots and pods separately from the green leafy Garlic.
- For Parsley Garlic cubes we need only leaves so finely chop Garlic leaves and keep aside.
- Pluck Parsley leaves, finely chop and keep aside.
- Mix ⅓ cup Parsley leaves and ¼ cup Garlic leaves and wash thoroughly together.
- Spread over the kitchen towel to drain excess water.
- Filled the ice tray cavities with these greens.
- Pour Olive oil over these greens and fill the oil up to the rim of the cavities.
- Keep this tray in the freezer for 8-10 hrs. So that olive oil will freeze and Parsley cubes ready.
- Enjoy your pasta and noodles vegetables with flavour of Parsley and Garlic.
