Ingredients
- 250 gms. fresh Chana( vegetable)
- 1 medium size Onion.
- 1 medium size Tomato.
- 1 tsp. Oil for saute.
- ⅛ tsp. Asafoetida powder.
- 1 tsp. Salt.
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder.
- ½ tsp. lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped Coriander leaves.
Method
- Wash chana and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add Asafoetida powder and saute till chana becomes tender.
- Finely chopped onion and tomato and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl mix thoroughly chana, onion, tomato, and all other ingredients.
- Serve with roti, paratha, bhakhri, nan or as you wish.
