Ingredients
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice.
- 4 cup water.
- 1 tsp. Salt.
- 2-3 Bay leaves.
- 2 tbsp. Ghee.
Method
- Wash rice twice and add the given amount of water.
- Add all other ingredients and pressure cook directly in the pressure cooker up to 3 whistles.
- Serve hot with Thai Curry or as you wish.
