(247) Thai Rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice.
  • 4 cup water.
  • 1 tsp. Salt.
  • 2-3 Bay leaves.
  • 2 tbsp. Ghee.

Method

  1. Wash rice twice and add the given amount of water.
  2. Add all other ingredients and pressure cook directly in the pressure cooker up to 3 whistles.
  3. Serve hot with Thai Curry or as you wish.
