Benefits of using Fennel seeds.

  1. Fennel seeds provide important nutrients, such as vitamin
    C, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and manganese.
  2. The fennel plant are rich in powerful antioxidants like
    chlorogenic acid, limonene, and quercetin.
  3. Fennel seeds stimulate the galactagogues (substances that promote lactation) to increase milk secretion in lactating mothers.
  4. Fennel extract works miraculously for the skin by protecting it from free radical damage and improving skin cell longevity. They are abundant in minerals such as potassium, selenium and zinc.
  5. A handful of fennel seeds can do wonders for your eyes. It contains vitamin A that is an essential vitamin for the eyes.
  6. Fennel seeds are rich in fibre and may aid in weight loss and keep hunger pangs at bay. They work as diuretics and improve metabolism.

My aim is to make cooking approachable yet precise, helping readers not just recreate dishes but truly connect with the joy of cooking.
