- Ingredients for batter
- 2 cup Green Moong Dal.
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Ingredients for garnish
- 200 gm.Paneer
- 200 gm Brocolli
- 2 Carrots
- Chat masala
Method
- Wash and soak green moong dal for 7-8 hours.
- After 8 hours make a fine paste of moong dal with green chillies and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare garnishing ingredients.
- Grate Paneer, Broccoli and Carrot and keep aside.
- Heat nonstick tawa. Spread evenly in a circular manner moong dal batter and roast in ghee or butter.
- Flip when one side is cooked.
- On the cooked side arrange paneer, broccoli and carrot, sprinkle chat massla over it and close the lid, cook it for 2 minutes on slow flame.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or Green chutney or as you wish but serve with love and smile.
