(370)Tricolour Baby Uttapam

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for batter
  • 2 cup Green Moong Dal.
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Ingredients for garnish
  • 200 gm.Paneer
  • 200 gm Brocolli
  • 2 Carrots
  • Chat masala

Method

  1. Wash and soak green moong dal for 7-8 hours.
  2. After 8 hours make a fine paste  of moong dal with green chillies and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare garnishing ingredients.
  4. Grate  Paneer, Broccoli and Carrot and keep aside.
  5. Heat nonstick tawa. Spread evenly in a circular manner moong dal batter and roast in ghee or butter.
  6. Flip when one side is cooked.
  7. On the cooked side arrange paneer, broccoli and carrot, sprinkle chat massla over it and close the lid, cook it for 2 minutes on slow flame.
  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney or Green chutney or as you wish but serve with love and smile.
