Watermelon is rich in potassium, a vital mineral that supports kidney and liver function and helps flush toxins from your system. Mint has cooling properties and is useful in relieving irritable bowel syndrome during pregnancy.
Ingredients
- 500 ml. water.
- ¼ cup Watermelon cut in cubes.
- 10-12 Mint leaves.
Method
- Boil water and keep aside to cool down and fill this water in the infuser water bottle or in a pitcher.
- Cut Water Melon into 1 cm. cubes and add in the pitcher.
- Wash fresh mint leaves and finely chopped and add in the same water pitcher.
- Close the. lid and keep the water jar aside to infuse the water melon and mint leaves for 2-3 hours.
- Consume this infused water with the added fruit and herb or without it, choice is yours but consume it within 8-10 hours.
