Cucumber and mint help improve hydration levels and keep fatigue at bay. This energising detox water recipe is also packed with essential nutrients, vitamin A (found in mint) and vitamin C (found in lemon). While lemon is known to improve digestion, reduce inflammation and cleanse your arteries and blood, mint speeds up your metabolism and reduces fatigue during pregnancy. Cucumber contains vitamin K which promotes healthy bone mass.
Ingredients
- 500 ml. water.
- 2 slices of Lemon.
- 8-10 Mint leaves.
- 8-10 slices of Cucumber.
Method
- Boil water and keep aside to cool down and fill it in the infuser bottle or in a pitcher.
- Add Lemon slices, Mint leaves and Cucumber slices in the infuser bottle or in a pitche.
- Close the lid for 2-3 hours to infuse the essence of the ingredients.
- Strain and consume within 8-10 hours.
