Aam Panna, a refreshing Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes, jaggery and cardamom with pinch of rock salt as well as black salt and roasted cumin is not only tasty but also comes with several health benefits:

Ingredients
- 1 kg. Tota puri Aam
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1 tsp. Rock Salt
- 1 tsp. Black salt
- 1 tsp. Cumin seeds powder.
- 1 tsp. Cardamom powder.
- 1½ cup. Water.
Method
- Wash the mangoes.
- In a cooker add 1½ cup water, salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder and washed mangoes. Close the lid and cook mangoes upto 3 whistles.
- When pressure released,open the lid . Scrape mango pulp from the cooked mango skin as well as from its seed.
- In a blender, blend the mango pulp, jaggery and cardamom powder into smooth liquid. Concentrated Aam Panna is ready to serve.
- Serve this either chilled or at room temperature
- For making one glass of 250 ml of aampanna take ¼ cup of Aam Panna mix with ¾ cup of water with or without ice.
