Ingredients
- 1 cup Hung curd.
- 2 tbsp. Finely chopped Parsley.
- ½ medium sized Cucumber.
- ½ tsp. Salt + ¼ tsp.for marination.
- ¼ tsp. Black pepper powder.
Method
- Grate Cucumber with the help of cheese grater and marinate it with Salt and keep aside.
- Chop Parsley and keep aside.
- Beat hung curd till you get smooth consistency.
- Squeeze the marinated cucumber and mix in hung curd.
- Mix chopped Parsley, salt and Black pepper powder.
- Mix thoroughly and serve with Bread sticks, Khakra, French fries, Nachos, if t sticks or as you wish but serve with love and smile.
