(611)Henna Hair Mask.

Herbal Henna Hair Mask – For Naturally Healthy, Shiny Hair. This mask is especially useful for hair that feels dry, rough, dull or lifeless, leaving it feeling softer, smoother and more manageable. The ingredients are natural and easily available, making this an economical alternative to many commercial hair masks. Egg is optional and can be added when extra protein conditioning is desired.

Benefits of the ingredients

Henna: Conditions hair and gives natural body and shine.


Amla: Traditionally used to support healthy-looking, lustrous hair.


Shikakai: A gentle traditional hair cleanser that helps keep the scalp and hair clean.


Hibiscus: Helps make hair feel softer and smoother.


Bhringraj: Traditionally valued in Ayurvedic hair care for maintaining healthy-looking hair.

Brahmi: Nourish the scalp


Curd: Adds softness and moisture.


Coffee and tea : Can deepen the appearance of henna’s colour.


Coconut oil: Helps reduce dryness and improves the feel of the hair.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heena pd.
  • 2 tsp tea pd.
  • 2 tbsp Amla pd.
  • 2 tbsp Shikakai pd.
  • 2 tbsp hibiscus pd.
  • ¼ cup curd
  • 2 tsp coffee pd.
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Bhringraj pd.
  • 1 tbsp. Brahmi pd.
  • 1 egg(optional)

Method

  1. In a sauce pan add 1 cup water and boil it with tea powder and coffee powder for two minutes, switch off the flame, strain it and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients with curd and tea-coffee decoction.
  3. Add more water if required. Here you need pakoda batter type consistency. So that it is easily applicable on hair.
  4. Apply heena pack partition by partition throughout the length of the hair.
  5. This heena pack will be enough for waist length hairs.
  6. Wear a shower cap and wash hair after 1 hour.
