(528) Collagen Glow Cubes

Collagen Glow Cubes are my homemade blend of nuts, seeds, and fresh amla, crafted to naturally boost collagen and nourish skin, hair, and joints. Packed with protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and Vitamin C, these little cubes work from within to restore glow, strength, and vitality. Just one cube daily is a simple step towards radiant skin, strong hair, and overall wellness – the natural way!

  1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – Very high in Vitamin C, a key nutrient in collagen synthesis.
  2. Pumpkin Seeds – Rich in zinc, which helps in collagen production and skin repair.
  3. Flax Seeds – Provide omega-3 fatty acids that help maintain skin elasticity.
  4. Almonds – Source of Vitamin E and protein; protect skin from oxidative damage.
  5. Peanuts – With its skin contain amino acids like lysine and glycine, important for collagen.
  6. White Sesame Seeds– For calcium and zinc.
  7. Sunflower Seeds – High in Vitamin E.
  8. Halim Seeds – Rich in natural iron, Vitamin A and C, Calcium and Magnesium.
  9. Moringa Powder (optional) – Rich in iron, calcium, and antioxidants.(If thyroid issues then avoid)
  10. Dry Rose Petals or Hibiscus Powder – Enhances skin glow and supports collagen naturally.

Ingredients

  • 250 g. Fresh Amla or ¼ cup Amla powder. Or 10 – 12 Amla Juice cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh Rose petals.use real Roses not hybrid one.(If available)
  • 2 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds.
  • 2 tbsp. Flax seeds.
  • 2 tbsp. Almonds.
  • 2 tbsp. Peanuts.
  • 2 tbsp. White Sesame seeds.
  • 2 tbsp. Sunflower seeds.
  • 1 tbsp. Halim seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Moringa powder.(Only if no thyroid issue)

Method

  1. Dry roast each seeds and nuts separately and then mix.
  2. Grind them into fine powder and mix it with Moringa powder and keep aside.
  3. Wash, wipe and cut Amla around seeds. Please don’t throw seeds. As you can prepare murabba from the seeds ( Amla murabba from the seeds. )
  4. Wash and thoroughly drain the Rose petals.
  5. In a mixture grinder, grind Amla and Rose petals together into fine paste. If you are using Amla juice cubes then defrost the cubes,  blend it with rose petals and seeds powder.
  6. Pour this liquid into ice tray. Try to divide it into 10 -11 equal parts.
  7. Refrigerate this ice tray for 8-10 hours.
  8. Demould the ice tray and store these Collagen Glow cubes in the container.
  9. Defrost the cube in a cup of warm water with pinch of Cardamom and serve it  1 hour before bedtime. Serve with love and smile.
  10. One easy method if your Amla cubes are ready and you don’t want to defrost it. then  make a powder of all dry ingredients and store in a air tight glass jar in refrigerator. Every night mix 1 tbsp. powder with honey and  pinch of Cardmom powder and  serve both  Amla juice and honey mix powder separately.
  11. Serve it one hour before bedtime. Serve with love and smile.
  12. Continue daily for 3 months  then take a 10–15 day break (lets the body reset). After the break, you can restart and make it a  routine.

(493) Rose Sharbat

Concentrated Rose syrup.

Chaitri Gulab is a desi gulab, pink in colour with long lasting sweet aroma. These roses are used to prepare concentrated Rose syrup, Gulkand, Rose water, Rose perfume and dry rose petals powder use in cosmetics.

Benifits of Rose syrup.

  • It balances Pitta Dosha
    Ideal for summer and Pitta-related imbalances like heat rashes, acidity, and irritability.
  • Soothes Skin and Reduces Acne
    Internally cooling and purifying; helpful in managing urticaria, heat-induced rashes, and other skin eruptions
  • Improves Digestion
    Acts as a mild laxative and improves appetite when taken in small amounts.
  • Rich in antioxidants; it helps rejuvenate tissues.
  • Aromatic and calming; reduces mental stress and uplifts mood.
  • Cooling effect helps regulate high Pitta-induced palpitations or blood pressure.

Ingredients

  • 50 pcs. Or 250 gms Chaitri Gulab.
  • 1 kg. Sugar.
  • 1 small size beetroot.

Method

  1. Separate petals from each rose flower.
  2. Wash these petals two times and spread on cotton cloth under the fan for 10 – 15 minutes to drain excess water.
  3. In a mixture grinder jar add all petals and 1 cup water. Blend it into fine paste and keep aside.
  4. Grate the beetroot with the help of cheese grater and keep aside.
  5. In a thick bottom sauce pan add Sugar, rose paste and beetroot shredings and 1½ cup water.
  6. Cook entire thing on a 5 minutes high flame and 10 minutes slow flame.
  7. Switch off the flame and let it cook.
  8. When rose syrup cool down completely, strain it with soup strainer and bottle it in glass or food grade plastic bottle.
  9. Rose Sharbat : In 500 ml water add 3 tbsp. of Rose syrup , soaked Gond Katira and 1 tbsp. soaked Tukmariya (Sabja seeds). Mix thoroughly and serve either with or without ice cubes.
  10. Serve with love and smile.

(485) Kokum Sharbat.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix syrup and soaked Gond Katira in water. You can also add soaked Sabja seeds. Stir well.
  2. Ideally serve without ice but if you wish you can serve with ice but serve with love and smile.

(483) Kokum Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • ¼ cup soft kokum
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds.
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Method

  1. Wash the kokum two times and keep aside.
  2. Finely chop Jaggery and keep aside.
    1. In a mixture grinder, grind  kokum, Salt, Cumin  powder and water into smooth paste.
    2. Strain the syrup with the help of strainer and store in the glass jar in the refrigerator because here we are not  boiling the content.

(471) Aam Panna

Aam Panna, a refreshing Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes, jaggery and cardamom with pinch of rock salt as well as black salt and roasted cumin  is not only tasty but also comes with several health benefits:
1. Prevents Heat Stroke: Aam Panna cools the body and helps prevent heat stroke, especially during scorching summer months.
2. Rich in Vitamins: It’s a good source of Vitamin C, B1, B2, and B6, which help boost immunity and reduce fatigue.
3. Aids Digestion: The spices (like roasted cumin, black salt) used in Aam Panna improve digestion and relieve bloating.
4. Hydrates & Replenishes Electrolytes: It balances electrolytes, thanks to ingredients like black salt and rock salt which prevent dehydration.
5. Liver Support: Raw mangoes stimulate the liver and aid in detoxification.
6. Improves Iron Absorption: Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, which can help prevent anemia.
7. Good for Skin: The antioxidants in mangoes help in reducing acne and improving skin texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Tota puri Aam
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tsp. Rock Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black salt
  • 1 tsp. Cumin seeds powder.
  • 1 tsp. Cardamom powder.
  • 1½ cup. Water.

Method

  1. Wash the mangoes.
  2. In a cooker add 1½ cup water, salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder and washed mangoes. Close the lid and cook mangoes upto 3 whistles.
  3. When pressure released,open the lid . Scrape mango pulp from the cooked mango skin as well as from its seed.
  4. In a  blender, blend the mango pulp, jaggery  and cardamom powder into smooth liquid. Concentrated Aam Panna is ready to serve.
  5. Serve this either chilled or at room temperature
  6. For making one glass of 250 ml of aampanna take ¼ cup of Aam Panna mix with ¾ cup of water with or without ice.

(290)Masala milk.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml. Whole or Toned milk, either hot or cold.
  • 1 tbsp. Masala Milk Powder.
  • 1 – 2 tsp. Sugar( optional).

Method

  1. Heat milk in a steel pan with 2 tsp. sugar.
  2. Once it starts boiling add masala milk powder. Stir continuously and boil this milk for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve hot milk with love and smile.
  4. You can also use chilled milk instead of hot milk.

(296)Mango Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Mango pulp( Aam ras).
  • 200 ml to chilled milk.
  • 1 tsp. Sugar. (optional)

Method

  1. Take Mango pulp in glass and pour chilled milk over it.
  2. Shake well either with a spoon or blend it with a hand blender.
  3. Serve with Methi Thepla or Dudhi Thepla or Methi Muthiya or Dudhi Muthiya or Watermelon Rind Muthiya or Masala puri, or khakhra or as you wish but serve with love and smile.

(116) Chhas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Curd.
  • 3 cup chilled water.
  • 1 tsp. Chhas masala.

Method

1. Take 1 part fresh curd (not sour).

2. Churn well until smooth (traditionally with a wooden churner or whisk).

3. Add 3 parts water for the standard version (Pitta-prone: 4 parts water).

4. Churn again until frothy.

5. Optionally, remove the top cream layer for a light (Laghu) drink.

Serve Chhas either with regular chhas masala or you can prepare masala according to your prakriti as follows.

Dosha-specific Spice Additions

For Vata Prakriti

Warm and grounding spices:

½ tsp. Roasted cumin powder.

¼ tsp. Rock salt.

Pinch of Dry ginger powder.

Benefits: Improves appetite, reduces gas, and helps the digestion.


For Pitta Prakriti

Cooling and calming:

½ tsp Roasted cumin powder

1 tsp. Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)

A pinch of fennel powder

Benefits: Soothes acidity, cools heat, and supports liver health.


For Kapha Prakriti.

Stimulating and drying:

½ tsp. Roasted cumin powder

¼ tsp.Black pepper

¼ tsp.Dry ginger powder

¼ tsp. Rock salt

Benefits: Clears mucus, boosts metabolism, and reduces heaviness.

(100) Coconut Milk & Coconut Punch

Ingredients

  • Coconut flesh.
  • Coconut water.

Method

  1. Wash and clean coconut flesh.
  2. Cut in to 3 inches pieces.
  3. Crush the coconut flesh in juicer so coconut milk will be extracted .
  4. Extracted milk you can use as in preparation of authentic south indian and  thai food.
  5. Extracted milk also use as in preparation of mocktail like Coconut punch.
  6. For 100 ml. Coconut punch, add 60 ml. Coconut water and 40 ml. Coconut milk.
  7. Blend properly and filter ( optional) it.
  8. If you don’t have enough coconut water ,you can also add plain water instead of coconut water and adjust by adding the milk quantity . So that taste won’t be compromise. If necessary add sugar powder also.
  9. Enjoy Coconut punch in scorching summer.

(45) Amla Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Amla Murabba.
  • 250 ml. Water.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2-3 finely chopped Mint (Phudina) leaves.
  • 2 tbsp. ice crystals.
  • 1 tsp.lemon juice( optional)

Method:

  1. In one glass add crushed ice and Mint leaves.
  2. Add amla Murabba ,salt and water and mix it.
  3. Enjoy Amla Squash as it is or you can strain and use.
  4. If you want tangy taste then add lemon juice.
