Ingredients
- 2 cup Tandalja leaves
- 2 cup Moong flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ¼ cup Curd
- 3 tbsp. Oil for moin
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Coriander Cumin powder
- 1 tsp.Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp. Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp. Whole Cumin seeds.
- ¼ tsp. Asafoetida powder.
Method
- Pluck leaves from the sprigs of Tandalja bunch.
- Wash thoroughly, chopped and keep aside in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chopped leaves with sugar and salt. Keep aside.
- In another mixing bowl mix both flours, dry spices and oil thoroughly.
- Now mix flour with marinated Tandalja and curd together .
- Knead medium soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 20 equal parts and roll each dough ball into medium size roti . Roast each roti with oil and Tandalja bhaji thepla is ready.
- Serve hot with pickle, Chhas or soup of your choice. Serve it with love and smile.
