Ingredients
- 2 cup water.
- ½ inch grated Turmeric or ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
- ½ inch grated Ginger or ¼ tsp. Ginger powder.
- 1 freshly ground Cardamom with skin
- 1 freshly ground clove
- 2 freshly ground Black pepper.
- ¼ inch freshly crushed Cinnamon stick.
- 1 freshly cut Bay leaf.
Method
- In tea pan mix water with all dry ingredients.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot.
